Orders.- send us information about your orden

Payment.- After receiving your order we will contact you to go thrue your order.
We will send you an email with all the payment information.
You can pay with paypal, if you are in USA with a Bankwire. If you would like to pay with a banktransfer let us know so we can send you
more information.
Payment should be done within 3 days after purchase of the item. If payment is not received  we reserve the right to cancel the sale.

Shipping.- We ship worldwide  within 2 or 3 working days after receiving payment, if the item is a ready to ship item. Ready to ship items
shown on the site and can be shipped in 1 or 2 days after receiving payment.  No P.O. boxes please.
If you buy a custom order we will notify you in our email of production - and shipping time.
Shipping time depends on the country you are living. To be located in Venezuela, shipping may take approximately 10-15 days for other destinations.  The shipments are the responsibility of the user.
We do standard shipping, so tracking is only supported if you upgrade. feel free to ask us about it.

Refunds and Exchanges.- Due to the intimate nature of the items  we do not accept returns or exchanges per state of hygiene regulations.
